Highlighted SIL Vacancies: Bass Hill
Property Details: A four-bedroom SIL house equipped with a double driveway, lockable double garage, two bathrooms, dual shared living areas, and a shared kitchen space. The home also boasts an undercover alfresco area and a fully fenced backyard, providing ample space for relaxation and social activities. One bedroom is dedicated to support staff, ensuring assistance is always at hand.
Vacancies: Currently, there is 1 vacancy available, offering a chance for an eligible participant to join this supportive community.
Level of Support: Standard support including STA, MTA, or SIL, with 24/7 assistance as required. Inactive sleepover support is provided during nighttime hours.
Current Residents: The house is home to two young females aged between 20 – 30 years, both with psychosocial disabilities requiring moderate positive behaviour support.
Suitability: This property is best suited for a female-only environment, welcoming residents aged 18 – 50 years old with low to medium support needs.
Support Offered: Residents will receive comprehensive support including medication management, positive behaviour support, meal preparation and grocery shopping, assistance with household tasks, appointment management, and assistance with daily living, including personal care as required.
Furniture: All common areas are furnished by Core Assist, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for all residents.
